If you find the item damaged after you have signed and accepted the item and the damage was not noted on the delivery receipt, Auto Metal Direct will not be able to help you with a claim. By signing the delivery receipt, you are certifying that you have received your item(s) in good condition. If you ship to someone other than yourself, you must let them know to inspect the item(s) for damage. If they sign the delivery receipt certifying that the item was in good condition when it arrived and you find any damage after the fact, Auto Metal Direct will not be able to help you with a claim.”
