(excluding TX Road Box Series which have a 1 Year Limited Warranty); 90 Day Limited Warranty on all electrical components contained in or on any Extreme Tools ® tool box series. Items that ship via Truck are non-refundable or returnable. Repair parts will be provided during warranty period.

FAQs

To activate your warranty, a copy of the receipt must be mailed along with the warranty card correctly filled out and returned to Extreme Tools within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping

Liftgate Service: Is highly recommended, or sometimes required, for delivery of this product. If you have a safe method of unloading without a liftgate, you will have the opportunity to remove liftgate service at checkout. Please note that the truck driver will NOT assist in unloading the product for you. We are not responsible for personal injury or damage to the product resulting from unloading the merchandise without the benefit of a liftgate, delivery dock or forklift.
